Sip on THAT [5]

Classmates, hospitality professionals, wine lovers, floridians... Are you tired of enjoying a glass of bubbly only after it has overflowed out of your champagne flute? Does the abundance of fizz take all the fizz out of the celebration? Well don't keep crying over spilt champagne...


prevent a sparkling wine from foaming out of the glass by only pouring an ounce, which will settle quickly, and then pouring the remainder of the serving into this starter. It will not foam as much! Sip on THAT!
